Employees of the following are eligible for membership:

El Reno Federal Correctional Institution
Federal Transfer Center Oklahoma City
Great Plains Correctional Facility in Hinton, Oklahoma
Fort Reno Employees (USDA)

Also, any parents, spouses, children, and grandchildren of current members are eligible for membership.
